What does a project cost?

Are there monthly fees?
None required by us. Self-hosted, you pay providers directly — typically a few dollars a month for hosting and AI usage. If you’d rather be hands-off, managed hosting and care are optional, clearly priced, and cancellable anytime.
Who owns what you build?
You do. Your domain and accounts are set up in your name from day one, and the site, the code and the content are yours at handover — all of it portable. If we parted ways tomorrow, everything would keep running.
I already have a website — can you work with it?
Yes. Often the fastest win is adding to what you have — an AI assistant, online booking, automated follow-ups. If the site itself is holding you back, we’ll say so plainly and quote a rebuild as its own fixed price.
What does the AI receptionist actually do?
