How we set it up

  1. We train it on your businessYour services, prices, hours and FAQs — the answers you would give.
  2. You test it before it goes liveTry to trip it. We tighten what it says — and what it refuses to say.
  3. It answers and books, 24/7On your website, capturing every conversation and booking for you.
  4. It hands off when a human shouldAnything unusual comes straight to you instead of a guessed answer.

Your data, plainly

  • Your business data stays yours — conversations are never used to train AI models.
  • It only answers from content you approved; off-topic questions get a polite no.
  • Conversation logs live in your own account and can be deleted anytime.

Before it goes live

What you’ll review before launch.

  • The knowledge it answers from — you approve every source before launch
  • The handoff rules — what goes to you, and how fast
  • The booking rules — which calendar, which slots, what it can offer
  • The wording and tone — it speaks the way your business speaks

Nothing goes live until you’ve signed off on all four.

FAQ

Straight answers about ai assistants.

Will it say something wrong to a customer?

It answers only from content you approved, and you test it before it goes live — try to trip it, and we tighten what it says and what it refuses to say. When a question falls outside that content, it says so politely and hands off to you instead of guessing.

Is it really one-time? What about running costs?

The build is one-time and it’s yours. The AI answering itself has a small usage cost paid on accounts in your name — for most local businesses that’s in the range of a few dollars to a few tens of dollars a month depending on traffic. Honest ranges, not promises: your build’s numbers come in writing with the quote.

Is my business data used to train AI?

No. Your content and your customers’ conversations are never used to train AI models. Logs live in your own account and can be deleted anytime.

Can it book appointments?

Yes. Tools that open their calendars (Square, Cal.com, Calendly) get direct booking; closed ones get their own booking flow embedded, so the customer still books in one place. You set the rules: which slots it can offer, and what needs a human first.

Which booking systems do you integrate with — really?

Three levels, and we tell you which applies to yours before you sign. Direct: Square, Cal.com and Calendly open their calendars to outside software — the assistant books straight in. Widget/handoff: Fresha, Booksy, Vagaro, OpenTable, Resy and most salon and restaurant platforms keep their calendars closed — your tool’s own booking flow goes into the site and the assistant hands customers to it. Approval-gated: Mindbody, Glofox and WellnessLiving allow deeper hookups only through their partner programs, so we confirm rather than promise.

What happens when it doesn’t know?

It hands off. The visitor gets a polite “that’s one for the owner,” you get the message and their contact details, and nothing is guessed.

What does “first milestone free” mean?

The first milestone is the first working preview of your build — if it isn’t right, you don’t pay for it.
