A process you can see, not a pitch.

Loving Idea is a hands-on Toronto studio — the person you talk to is the person who builds it. Here’s exactly what working with us looks like, and exactly when money moves.

The short answer

  1. The price is fixed and in writing before any work starts.
  2. You see your site three different ways before we build a thing — and you pick.
  3. Those three land within 10 business days. Miss that date, and every dollar comes back.
  4. Your domain and accounts are in your name from day one; the site is yours at handover. No lock-in, ever.
  5. Plain language, start to finish — if you can’t explain it back to us, we haven’t explained it.

    Before we call, we read your reviews, your photos and whatever you already have online. Then we come to you with what we found and ask what we got wrong.

    What we do

    We go deep on how your business actually runs — in your language, if English isn’t the easiest one — then build your site three different ways. Your name, your photos, your words. Not templates.

    Three real looks to choose from. None of them right? We take your notes and try once more.

  3. We build — you send changes, we make them

    What we do

    We build the look you picked, on a preview link you can watch. Three rounds of changes come with every build, and anything that doesn’t match the plan gets fixed free — that’s not a change, that’s us finishing the job.

Idea is the clever part — the AI, the automation, the thing that makes your business punch above its weight. Loving is the care it’s built with: unhurried, done properly, made to last — and yours to keep.

What if I don’t like what you come up with?

You’ll see your site three ways before we build anything — different looks, all using your real content. You pick the one that fits. If none of them do, we’ll take your feedback and try once more. If it still isn’t right, you’ve paid the $500 to start and you owe us nothing further — no site you’re stuck with, no argument. You will never be talked into a website you don’t like.

Who am I actually working with?

The person on the first call is the person who builds it — a Toronto-based developer and IT & cybersecurity professional. No account managers, no handoffs, and replies within one business day. If English isn’t the easiest language for you, we’ll do the whole thing in yours.

What happens after launch?

It’s yours, so it keeps running without us. You get full access and a walkthrough at handover. Anything you’d rather not touch is a small quoted job, or covered by the optional care plan — your choice, cancel anytime.
